For Friday you can expect hot and dry weather. Latest models show a high of around 85F with a heat index of 92F for Madison County. A NW wind at 10-15mph will be much welcomed. We will have partly cloudy skies becomming clear during the afternoon hours. Friday evening, clear with a low around 61F and patchy fog after midnight.
There will be patchy fog near rivers, creeks, and fields until after the sun has come up. During the day we will see mostly sunny skies with a high near 81F and wind will be calm. Saturday evening, mostly clear with a low around 61F.
Things will change a bit on Sunday with a chance for showers and thunderstorms in the late morning and early afternoon. The high will be near 82F and it will be mostly cloudy with a light southeast breaze in the morning. Sunday evening, another, greater chance for showers and thunderstorms until midnight. The low will be around 67F with mostly cloudy skies.
An unsettled weather pattern looks to return to the area with showers and thunderstorms and above average temperatures with highs in the low 90s and lows in the low 70s. Sunday through Monday we will see scattered showers and thunderstorms. Tuesday looks to be the best chance for a dry day but that is still uncertain at this time. More chances for showers and thunderstorms will return from Wednesday until Friday.
